		<description>I think a lot of people in management think scripts are a good idea.  As a sales person I&#039;ve found that scripts often don&#039;t really fit with the way I like to communicate.  Also, it seems when sales slow down all the attention is placed on the sales agent and every little thing said or done is evaluated.</description>
