My Perspective

Based on over twenty years in Executive level positions I’ve reached the conclusion that well planned and implemented systems are key to achieving optimum organizational success.  I have observed far too many companies with very talented employees and the best in class vendors operate inefficiently and ultimately rob the company of profit.  My focus and passion are to provide the map for Sales and Marketing to operate at optimum levels through the design and implementation of Sales Performance Systems.

Sales Performance Systems are a comprehensive approach that leverage the attributes of all project disciplines and establishes processes to achieve peak sales performance. Tom Zbaren began his career in real estate in 1981 with the leading new home sales and marketing company in Denver, Colorado.  Mr. Zbaren is recipient of several local and national Home Builder Association awards, including Top Marketing Director from the Denver Builder Association, and as the senior sales executive on project teams receiving national Master Planned Community Grand Award, two Best Attached Communities, and Best Active Adult Community.  Tom’s knowledge and expertise spans sales and marketing of Master Planned Communities, Resort and Recreational Properties, Active Adult Communities, and large-scale Urban Condominium and Mixed-use projects.

Tom has a history of success from his start in the housing industry as a top producing sales person to the responsibilities of upper level management.  Most recently, as President of Windermere OnSITE, Mr. Zbaren built the fastest growing condominium sales organization in Seattle/Bellevue representing a 60% market share valued at almost $2 Billion of high-rise condominium projects in less than two years. Mr. Zbaren is also an experienced market researcher who has conducted a number of real research studies for Seattle based companies such as Vulcan Real Estate, Harbor Properties, Centex Homes, and the Seattle-King County Master Builders Association.
